Too many videos to bother with outsourcing encoding?

If you're within a decent driving distance of kalamazoo, MI I'm in zip code 49079 and am almost ready to roll out some video encoding software! Due to the need for some proprietary software to get all of the codecs and everything just right it requires a DEDICATED system.

This system has a web interface and once configured properly you will have a "mapped network drive" sitting on your computer where you can simply copy/paste your videos into a directory (I use dual bridged gigabit LAN inhouse) then pull up the web interface and select a few on/off things such as

screengrabs (on/off)
screengrabs (number)
Xvid/Divx (on off) (default size will be 480p)
x264 (on/off) (default 720p)
DVD (on/off) (default 480p)
flv (on/off) (default is 480p)

planned for the future is "auto clips" where it grabs like 10 seconds from like 3 or more places in the video and splices it together. This will result in "unpredictable" results but is worth testing/trying. I will also be testing some clustering tools ;)

I'm working on making easy customizations to this system and wanting to support about every option you could possibly ask for so that all your encoding can be done on massive amounts of videos quickly and easily.

due to complications with setup I want to only roll this out to people within about a 3 hours drive of me so that if something crazy happens they can be supported properly. Hit me up if you're interested, I'm not set on price and will be rolling out encoding services in the near future so this will only be available for "private use" and not for rolling out your own encoding service based on this.
