Neteller not taking anyone with clientele in north america.
Moneybooks and paypay and paypal are out of adult
Payoneer requires a card before they'll activate your account
Litepay isn't taking new accounts (personal or business)

So this leaves alertpay who i just can't find much about and of course epassporte

www.revupcard.com seems to have a lot of new sponsors adding them as a pay option. I got my card week or so ago.

Yeah RevUpCard has lower rates and bigger perks.. imagine only paying $1.50 for each card load vs. the other guys $5.00 !

Many of the biggest sponsors have recognized the benefits over the other cards and jumped aboard..
