TRIPLE NEWS FROM DICKMANS DESIGN! [pics]
Hey everyone how are you? Exciting times around here! We have been working hard and full steam to make 2008 our best year ever and it seems we made it! =)
First of all, happy holidays to everyone! Thanks to all of our friends and valued clients and cheers to all of you! I hope 2009 is a great year for most of us. It’s going to be a tough one, but it’s the age of consolidation. Those of us who remain will enjoy a matured, more professional adult industry! Now, into the triple news! 1) Dickmans Design moves office to continue expanding operations! We have moved to an area twice as large as the past office location to supply current demand, expand service offerings and allow further growth down the road! Moving from a place that accomodates 24 people to one that can welcome 50 is definitely exciting. It allows us to go beyond our traditional branding and design services and offer consulting and media planning/buying and motion graphics at a larger scale to the adult industry. The new house is located in the prime neighborhood of Jardins in São Paulo, Brazil, close to post card locations such as the Paulista Avenue and MASP (Art Museum Of São Paulo). In addition to allowing further growth our goal with the new to create a work environment that fosters creativity and motivates people into doing their best. It’s also important so we can continue to fight for human resources against the best mainstream advertising, internet and design companies. In a competitive market, everything counts. This would mean nothing without pics so here we go: In front of the house:  Reception:  Main meeting room:  lounge area:  Workstations - management, new biz, client care, IT, HR:  Workstations - management, new biz, client care, IT, HR:  Our XXXMas tree =)  Workstations - Creative dept.:  2) New site coming soon – Dickmans V5! To celebrate this new era we’re also announcing the our new upcoming site – Dickmans v5! It will be launched in February 2009, with extended service offerings, an updated portfolio and details about some of our largest success cases, including new releases and total make overs done for CeCash, Python, ARS, OrgyCash, Wildcash/DVDDollars and the new Vivid.com website, still unreleased. This would mean nothing without a teaser so here we go: gotta love it!   3) Quick Holidays break! It's that time of the year! We're taking a quick break. Closing shop to reload our batteries from December 20th to January 4th. During these few days, all projects and negotiations will be paused. As soon as we get back you will be able to count on us to reach even more, even higher! I’ll be off for a bit more than that. I’m taking a longer break – 30 days in Europe! (from DEC21st to JAN19th) Cities visited will be Paris (21-26), London (26-02), Krakow (02-06), Stockholm (06-09), Prague (09-12), Budapest (12-15) and Amsterdam (15-19)! I have had the pleasure of knowing Bruno and Mike since they were just young kids in this business, walking around their first show, trying to meet people. They are by far the most professional and serious people about their business that I can recall. I've watched them do 3 or 4 makeovers and growth periods in their company, and I've gladly put a lot of money in their pockets for design over the last many years of builds. They are incredibly talented and are definitely the cream of the crop in my opinion.

For the ones who asked, YEAH it does mean we`ll be able to take more clients and work! We`re on interview mode - have interviewed more than 30 people on the past two weeks - but nothing yet!
