off topic: how to sell a hotel
I'm trying to help out an Italian friend of mine who's looking for potential buyers in America... He is selling 2 top notch hotels located near the sea in Italy. The thing is I don't know where to start... maybe post some ads on craigslist, eBay, local newspaper, etc. ? Is there any site specialized in that kind of transaction ? Should I simply put him in contact with a real estate / business broker ?

Any recommendations ?
