A lemon pepper marinade for about 24 hours prior to placing FiFi into a baking pan and baking at 425 for 2 hours or until lightly pink on the inside. Best to test your meal with a meat thermometer to prevent food borne illnesses. Serve with a side of quartered red potatoes baked in brown sugar and a sprig of parsley for garnish.
