Do you eat more or less?

I have to say I am always thinking about food when I sit down at the computer. Am I the only one with this problem.

I tend to eat less due to the fact I become heavily focused on the work that I am doing and tend to ignore everything else. I do tend to drink alot of water though

Actually, I'm always thinking about YOU.

But I'm also eating food as if I'm going to the electric chair. Fortunately I have a lightning-fast metabolism; you could put a piano on my back and I wouldn't gain a pound.

I eat a lot less when I'm hard at work... sometimes I forget I'm hungry or to eat a meal for hours but one thing I do do is drink a lot more soft drinks and red bull when I'm busy working. I swear I'd save tons of time if I stocked a mini fridge for my office

i have great 100 calorie recipes that always get me back on track though....just got done with my sweet potato and roasted garlic soup....mmmm only 100 calories YUM!
