Bang Bros pisses on affiliates and shuts down accounts without notice
Dear folks,
the title says it all. I have been an affiliate with Bang Bros since 2004. I think a made around 3-6k with them, more in the first years, less in the last years. Once I wanted to login to check some stats and looking for promo stuff, I noticed that I cannot login anymore. I contacted the support team, and the only answer I got from a guy named Steve was: "every sale you sent to us that we paid you out on had to be credited back to the processer. no money was made on the sales you sent" Thats all.. I told him: "I have absolutely no control of the payment behaviour by the customers I send you through your affiliate program. Also I'm very disappointed about the way you handle your affiliates. I never got a message from BB, that there are any problems with the customers I send. Its no problem for me, if I have to switch to revshare where refunds and chargebacks will not be overrode." The only message I got back was: "there should've been an email generated to you, check your spam folder. a lot of people have been getting them filtered out" Btw. I have no spam folder (I have my own postfix server) Thats all! Someone told me my traffic is crap, some signups came back, without any politeness, accound closed, money gone, end of story. Is that the way sponsors should treat loyal affiliates? After 5 Years of beeing partners? Sorry, but shame on you Bang Bros.. Cheers Tom |

Read the ToS for every affiliate program out there. They all reserve the right to can your ass whenever they want. If you were sending them good traffic they would have had no reason to shit can you. |

You are right that I have to agree to their ToS.
I just regret the lag of conversation and the point, that the last sales of about 150 in sum counts for them to close an account. Also I have no problem to get charged on refunds and chargebacks.. I have never experienced that behavior of a sponsor, so my traffic can't be that crap.. I think I didn't send much sales this and last year to bang bros. And if the 2 or 3 last sales were refunded, they think they can do better without my traffic.. |

something is very wrong here - maybe there's some kind of mistake because it just isn't possible that every signup you sent them was bad unless you were doing something very shady on your end. show us where your signups to Bangbros mostly came from.

I don't think Steve talks about EVERY sale in the past. There were about 200 or more sales in the last years. So I think he's talking about the last sales, maybe the sales this year.
Here are my one and only sources (just tgps and tubes, no posting or whatever): http://www.mymaturetube.com http://www.hornysextube.com http://www.mystockingtube.com http://www.hornystockings.com http://www.findred.net http://www.stockinghardcore.com http://www.stocking-maniacs.com http://www.milf-maniac.com http://www.maturemaniac.com and some very small and very old sites (www.wetdreambabes.com, www.sinfulseduction.com, ...) |

he says he sent them 3-6k in sales since 2004, mostly in the first years
if EVERY sale he sent was fraudulent, he'd have been banned a long time ago

"I contacted the support team, and the only answer I got from a guy named Steve was:
"every sale you sent to us that we paid you out on had to be credited back to the processer. no money was made on the sales you sent"" Did you speak to them in person, or via email or icq. Just wondering if you had a hard copy of them saying this. I find it hard to believe that they would keep your account active and continued paying you if every signup had to be credited back. You would think after x amount they would have red flagged you.

Sometimes We don't get a lot of information about accounts we need to shut down. As any program owner knows, you get a lot of emails from epoch warning you about accounts and shutting them off at a processing level. Here is a sample email we get many of
"Epoch's Risk Management department has issued the following email. account has been blocked due to fraudulent practices. This reseller ID will not be able to process any further transactions. Reseller: ______________ No further information has been released regarding this reseller or the nature of the offense." Does that mean your a cheater? Not exactly, but it's basically saying this account has too many recent either chargebacks or refunds and they have stopped processing it to protect their own ass. As a precaution, we automatically refund any sales on that account, even if they are rebills, to eliminate the possibility of any future chargebacks happening, so that is What Steve is talking about in regards to that. Feel free to contact me and we can work something out on a new account. Jordan 9062599 |

In his defense BB seems to be doing this an aweful lot. They also blocked me a few years ago for basically nothing. And i see this same thread popping up way too many times.

Bang Bros is one of my favorite sponsors., despite these few and far between threads posted mostly by fairly small affiliates. I mention the size of the affiliate not because small affiliates are less important but rather because it's a smaller sample size to work with. For example if you send 4 sales in a given month, and by some fluke 2 turn out to be fraud chargebacks then that's a pretty nasty ratio and it's going to draw notice. 2 chargebacks on 200 on the other hand won't draw ire.
I send some decent traffic through bang bros and I'm not worried about payments or getting termed and "losing" my earnings. I've got Pipecrew on ICQ, as any BBO affiliate can, and he answers all my questions with minimal delays. Should something ever happen and I do get flagged by mistake I have no doubt what so ever it would soon be worked out. In reality, Pipecrew is here on a SUNDAY offering to help this guy out. That's pretty damn good service I'd say.

It doesn't really happen a lot if you consider it. I mean, over the years how many threads can you remember about getting banned by bang bros? Maybe 10 or less? How many affiliates do you think they have? Several thousand or more? I really wouldn't say it happens a lot at all.

Warchild and Jordan summed it up best. We work off of ratios. Epoch gives us the info, and from that we work off of. Huggles had been flagged but we were able to look deeper and see yeah his ratio was past our threshold but his totals were far less and had the history. Sometimes people have bad months, and we understand that. Gaggi7, I remember your situation. Every sale you gave us that we paid you out on had to be sent back. Also we pay fees on every one of these. To prevent this from happening to us again and taking a huge hit, yeah we have to terminate the account.

Tried to contact Pipecrew from 5 to 6 pm on ICQ, but got nothing back, maybe he's off now.
But why should I contact you by the way? - my account was closed without any notice - a guy named Steve doesn't care about customer support and a minimum of politeness - you now know all the details of that issue, why don't YOU make a proposal how things can go on and contact me |

honestly, if bangbros cancels someone's account I'm not looking at bangbros as the bad guy and posting like this kinda hurts the poster.

Hey Steve, it's interesting to see that you are able to write more than one sentence at one time.
Are you able to check my stats probably over the years? When you say "Every sale", do you mean it? I think I had more than 150 sales over the last years with BBO. I went through two changes of your affiliate system. I just want to know if you are talking about the last 2 or 3 sales that might be fraud? I can't image that there is a constant rate of fraudulent sales.. I just run my tgps and tubes and don't buy feeder traffic for your program or whatever that can result in such bad productivity |

I've just added Steve and Jordan to ICQ, same thing as discussed here only this happened after I emailed BB support about strange-looking stats.
Would like to get this sorted out with one of you at a more reasonable hour. |

I can understand how both the processor and the program need to protect themselves and fraud is very prevalent and is a huge problem for them but a bit of common sense would go a long way. I have had two programs can me with no notice (not Bang Bros) and basically tell me I am a fraudster after I send them a polite email. They only need to look through my account stats to see I have been a long time affiliate and you can easily see the long running sites I am sending traffic and sales from.

Get an own managed merchant account and set your own rm up.
I dealt with epoch sort of companies (with them aswell, odd) and it is a shame what at thems is called 'risk management'. Not to mention the rates. Anyhow, the cb deadline is 6 months, previous records were clear, and any aff program runner can tell that affs dont use to "turn" into scammers after years, they always start up with scams, or having a steady amount of it continually. And fuck me running, i wouldnt touch a processor who is able to ban my affiliates even with a bloody stick... https://youtube.com/watch?v=QgNKI2CRQFo |

Bang Bros is solid. They don't piss on affiliates. Quite the contrary, I believe they treat their affiliates better than most sponsors.
