watch the 20 minute video of the chase, the stupid fuck endangers the lifes of civilians and you all cry when the cops go ape shit?

sure show me a video of the cops beating someone over something petty but this asshat could of killed multiple people, people with kids and families just because he wanted to try and get away from the police.
