I stayed up until 3am last night to get the update... nothing

woke up this morning and been checking, still not up. WTF is taking so long APPLE?

Its not that I'm anxious to get the new copy/paste feature, but last time I was downloading the update their servers crashed and my phone was fucked for a few hours

Ya, started out fast for me, showed 5 minutes remaining after ~25 MB's, then 6, then 7, then 8 minutes, ended up taking about 12 minutes to download.

Installation completed... finally.

mine started about 11 minutes, then kept going up... its about 1/2 way done and says 48 minutes remaining
