try www.paysite-cash.biz - works well for my shop since 3 years now. but if there's no hardcore porn you are selling, you might qualify for dealing with a bank directly and get much lower rates (like 3-5% instead of 10%). ask your bank

Uhh. NetBilling? Their API is incredibly trivial - a semi-trained monkey should be able to add support for it if you don't have some compatible API - They can also do Authorize.Net, Cybercash and Payflow.
