what did you have in mind?

If you have a css/xhtml design for a site, I can make it a theme.

Really only takes me 10-15 mins to make a theme from an already made design.

I was busy to setup a review site from webcam girls (www.camgirlreview.com). This one is based upon an existing WP theme which I tweaked a bit.

Fortunate I didn't had the time yet to complete it how I want it. In my opinion it's also very slow regarding loading. Tried several cache plug ins but non of them seems to improve the loading time.
