DTI-CASH is looking for a talented Web and Flash designer to help create innovative online marketing tools and improve upon the overall look and feel of our network of adult sites. As a part of our fun and creative team, the designer will be responsible for developing full web-based direct response product packages which includes, landing pages, flash banner ads, email campaigns, and site templates. Other job functions includes, site restructuring and ongoing daily maintenance for our network of adult sites.

This position would suit a self-motivated designer with a passion for graphic design, web site creation, and the online Adult Industry. Flash experience required.

The position requires excellent design concepts with a strong marketing background and a great understanding of web page design and creation.

Job Description

? Location: Downtown Los Angeles, CA
? Status: Contract / Temp to Hire
? Estimated Duration: Project based / 6 months
? Starts: ASAP
? Rate: DOE $25-$40 / hour
? Design promotional online banners (flash, jpg, animated gif)
? Make design changes to our existing sites
? Create monthly newsletters
? Responsible for interpreting business requirements into web page design, from concept to creation.

Qualifications

? Minimum 2 Years experience
? Proficient in Photoshop, Dreamweaver, and Flash
? Strong sensibilities for type, color, and layout
? Experience creating Flash animation and web interfaces
? Strong knowledge of HTML, JavaScript, and CSS
? Adult industry experience is a plus
? Knowledge of SEO is a plus
? Ability to work in a team environment. From other designers to marketing to IT.
? Provide Creative Input
? Ability to deliver work on time

Candidate will be involved in the day-to-day projects of a fast paced office and must be a self-starter who can take direction well, have a keen attention to detail and complete tasks in a timely manner.

Wow... sweet... No I am not a developer... But there are several premade programs like MPA, NATS, ccbill tools that do the job, etc...
