http://yoast.com/wordpress/meta-robo...dpress-plugin/ When you need it: after you setup the SEO plugin. This prevents "duplicate content" drama with your blog

http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/...tomatic-links/ When you need it: After you have compiled your target keywords and content strategy. This plugin automatically links keywords you mention in entries to prior entries.

A decent htaccess example to prevent duplicate content penalties even within the same blog might be a nice addition here.

Wordpress shoves your same content in up to 6 different places, all of which will look the same to search engines.

I used a plugin to restrict google and other bots on a blog... and let another blog without restrictions go.
