Nah. I think the story was pretty complete. A sequel could never live up to the original and would only cheapen the characters.

According to wikipedia... Tarantino has stated there is no explanation for contents of the briefcase. It was originally going to contain the diamonds from Reservoir Dogs, but they decided against it. In an interview with Tarantino's fellow director and friend Robert Rodriguez, he said that the knowledge of the contents of the briefcase radically alters one's understanding of the movie.

I read the title and was like "oh shit they are making another one?!?" but like others in here i don't think they will or should. That is one amazing movie but it was completed.

Supposedly Quentin Tarantino sent John Travolta a script called "The Vegas Brothers" that is based on his PF character. This is said to have been years ago and Travolta has never responded.
Has anyone seen Reservoir Dogs? Cheyenne

Reservoir Dogs is a classic!!! The dialogs are flawless and have big weight in the movie, real Tarantino style. Like the ones about why they don't name nobody "mr black" and the Madonna conversation in the beginning.. Crazyyyy.

Inglorious Basterds is gonna be awesome, someday if Quenten Tarantino dies or goes broke somebody will probably make some random piece of crap movie and slap the name "Pulp Fiction II" on it and the franchise will be forever tainted.
The only thing that has a chance at not totally sucking would be a prequel. Back story on all the characters and what they were all doing up until the moment that Pulp Fiction kicked off. But the chances of getting all those actors together again AND making them look younger or the same age as the original are prohibitively slim IMO. |

Worried about Inglorious Bastards. Brad Pitt's acting on the previews doesn't make it look very good. Kinda hard to tell what it will be like at this point.
