The new system is not designed to expedite my questions quickly allowing me to make more money. I have already sent you an ICQ and an e-mail, then you reply with that stock e-mail about your support ticket system, which I then need to go and register for... all of this just to ask you how I reset my password.

Pretty annoying.

That's simple.

Click on Login -> fill in your username / password -> then login -> go to account settings -> enable support tickets -> click back 2 times -> go to main page -> click support -> select account settings -> lost password -> click "Reset" -> check your fax machine for a new password
