You may experience different results based on the datacenter you hit and/or your preferences, but I am currently seeing them at #10 now.

I guess this kind of makes sense because of their authority and number of links, but wow. I just thought it was interesting that they were able to hit the first page for such a competitive phrase in one day only. That story was published yesterday.

Too bad they aren't promoting any sites on that article page

Not surprising. Google knows it's not a site that going to harm them. Not to mention they always give news sites great SERP's.

those listings fade fast though. if you run a well written press release that gets picked up, you will see the same thing happen. high listings for the media sites that fade away in weeks.
