As of today 8 lbs away from my first 100 lbs lost. pics coming at the 100 mark I figure in about two weeks.

gave up all processed shit except coke zero(Im addicted) Gave up all sweets.Havent eaten ice cream or cake since march. Got to get better at the gym but its a work in progress of a long journey.

Hey Tony that's great.
How much did you weigh to start? I need to loose about 40 lbs. And yes, I do want to get more cardio in at the gym and do some weight lifting to get my muscle mass improved.
