I require a designer who is familiar with custom branding of white label cam and possibly other (shopping, dating) white label options. This would include custom logo design/creation.

Save your money... ask the cam company to do it for you. After all it's your site your going to try and promote giving them the traffic for.

do you mean you want to produce generic design for the use by your affiliates?
or do you want to have a uniqie front-end design for yourself?
either way design is design.. if you're looking for an outstanding presentation quality, come talk to us

(we're not cheap but reasonable;)
