Truvia commercial sort of irritates me.
Natural sweetener, guiltless because it is no calories.
Gawd that just gets under my skin. We all know people think well this has no calories from sugar so I can now eat tons of it - there goes guiltless. I am glad it is available, especially for diabetics or those not to keen on loading up on chemical substitutes but come on. Studies have clearly shown if people think something is diet, less fat, less sugar, any of those - they end up eating a crap load more than they would if they thought it was full calorie. They are not the only ones guilty, just happened to have it hit while I was surfing GFY.

I use Truvia in my tea. It is made mostly from rebiana, an extract of one of the stevia plants. As such it is all natural. I only use two packets in a standard sized mug of tea instead of two Splenda which is what I used to use as sweetener. I would never pour it on my food or any where else, so it's hard to abuse. It's good stuff, although awfully expensive compared to artificial sweeteners.
