We work with a fair amount of affiliates that maintain their own databases (presumably) from collecting via their own review sites, etc. Or they are brokers who present offers to companies that maintain these databases and control the traffic. You don't need massive subscriber lists to sell our free trials right now, people are eager to try the product based on the clinical data and physician support.
