:mad MORE STOLEN CONTENT! RealGfs.com!!!

Usually when i'm notified of our EXCLUSIVE content being stolen and used on other sites, i contact the owner, biller, and our attorneys. The content gets removed and i leave it at that.

This time i figured i would post this publicly because our content as well as many others' has been on this site several times even after having contacted the above mentioned persons. It gets removed then right back up. To make matters worse, i find our exclusive images on a gallery which they are using to promote their site http://www.realgf.com/galleries/t020/nude/index13.php (top left image and center image on the second row of pics... SexyLette)

We recently released an exgirlfriend style site FuckOverMyEx.com and i understand the difficulties of coming up with this type of content, but if you can't do it legitimately don't do it!

I know we will be getting the same response now when we contact these guys AGAIN. "We're sorry, its user submitted content. We'll remove it immediately and ban the member". The same story one too many times, this has to STOP NOW!

That site just collects it's content from forums and newsgroups and shit. i would highly doubt it they own a license to anything. I've seen their galleries posted up before and from time to time they feature obviously underage girls, amateur photos they clearly do not have permission to use, and unlicensed photos from established programs. i don't know where they operate from, but i wouldn't doubt at all if it's from somewhere you can't touch them...

I do the same...the owner, processing company, their registrar, and host. If I'm feeling frisky, I'll also DMCA them with the G (Google) as well to kill their SERPS.

Thanks for the head's up. I'll have to give this a look see.

What would be funny is to have a ton of people join and then charge back all those joins. Maybe even on a daily basis. That would teach the fucker

Nothing worse than thieves.

Actually, the first time i heard we were in their members area i joined the site to check it out before i proceeded with attorneys and whatnot. Don't like to act on hearsay. I confirmed that our content was in their members area and immediately contacted CCBill to get my money back. CCBill told me i was not qualified for a chargeback or a credit and if i wanted to get my money back i would have to contact the paysite owner directly and ask for a refund. Not kidding.

i could have contacted my bank and gone through the motions with that but i just left it alone. So basically this guy steals my content and i paid him to see it.

And yes, CCBill was notified and cc'd on all correspondence.

Have you tried sending them a Digital Millennium Copyright Act
Notice and cc CCBill?

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Digital..._Copyright_Act

It's allot of work, but you need to list every image on the notice.

I'm sure you just spoke to a rep at CCBill. If you can get enough notice on this thread, I'm sure CCBill will assist you.

i get this strange feeling that enom might know who they are? considering the domain, ns records, and ip's point to them

WHOIS check:
http://betterwhois.com/bwhois.cgi?domain=realgfs.com

NS verification:
http://www.enom.com/aboutus.asp

IP Lookup:
http://whois.domaintools.com/69.64.145.229

eNom, Inc.
15801 NE 24th St.
Bellevue, WA 98008 USA

considering theft is real regardless of physical or digital, and you have the proof. Might be worth a try.

I wonder why CCBill would do this? What is the point of having a processor that can't award a charge back? Was it because you told them about your content being on this site? Just curious.

have you been able to find the name of the owner of the thieving site?

demand CCBILL tell you - CCBILL has allowed many of its valued clients to be absolutely fucked over by these 'EX-GF' type sites - they know who the owners are, the 'real' owners.

kick up a fuss - being stolen from isn't a joke.

Maybe I'm off on this, but wouldn't CCBill have yanked these guys a long time ago years ago? Seems they'll process for just about anyone. Maybe times are really that tough.

I had already sent CCBill an email which i also sent to [email protected] stating that we noticed our content on this site and we want it removed (all on the same day) So when i called ccbill i told them about the situation, i told them about the email i sent, AND when i wasn't getting my way i asked to speak with a supervisor who was actually the person that told me i had to contact the paysite owner.

I'm working on the DMCA. If anyone else is planning on sending one in regarding this site hit me up.

Not trying to bash ccbill, they are one of my processors and i'm happy with them, but somehow this needs to stop!

no, haven't found the owner of the site yet. i'm not a stir-the-pot kind of guy, but there's a time to draw the line. Once, twice, thrice... it's getting ridiculous. and i know i'm not alone here, when i went in their members area i noticed raven riley was in there too (i notified the jayman crew about it already). I'm not letting it go that easy this time.

I went through the site a few months ago, and have a list of about 13 sponsors, with screenshot evidence of the original photo, and the stolen photos.

That sounds like a lot of work but worth it. As for CCBill, they're not the Internet Police so if you want them to take action you'll need proof of course (your image on their site with proof that it's your image).

everyone knows he didn't intentionally steal your pictures...so I wouldn't cry that it was stolen. That girls / set of photos are plastered all over the internet.

You again, are you serious?

If a company releases content to which they own exclusivity rights, then the same company uses that content to promote anything and everything - and someone elses comes along sees the companies content and mistakenly thinks it can be used for their gain (profit), and passes it off as their own. THEY ARE STEALING.

Not to be off topic, but this is EXACTLY why I don't use CCBill. I have join sites under the same circumstances in the past, and have asked for credit back, they provide absolutely ZERO customer support to me, basically told me to go fuck my self. Gave me some bullshit lieabout them not being able to give refunds, only the website owner can do so. Funny, Epoch gives refunds for people all the time, with no problems.

I wouldn't want this sort of shitty customer service for my members, so I don't use CCBill, and probably never will.

Also, this is about the 3rd thread about this guy using stolen content, yet, CCbill still knowingly processes for them, therefore supporting content theft.

you're a fucking idiot - because those girls and photos are plastered all over doesn't give fucking thieves like REALGFS.com and the other cowards hiding behind those sites ANY RIGHT to STEAL and PROFIT and CCBILL is COMPLICIT as they are VERY FAMILIAR with the sites being stolen from.

now put whoever's dick you're sucking on back in your mouth and shut the fuck up.

Did I say it gave him the right to use them? I'm not sure where you got that. What I said was we all know that he didn't intentionally steal them.

There's a big difference between what I said and what you're saying I said...so now go take your own advice

So you seriously think he collected these from the internet, knowing they were coming from that site. Give me a break. Most people don't even have to think twice about what really happened and they know that he collects web stuff off boards, etc. and he just assumed that's what it was (stuff the actual girl posted online...or someone knowing her)?

I'd bet anything he didn't know it came from that site.

Using content without rights to it is stealing.

If you think this guy is not stealing, exactly what the fuck is he doing? Having pictures magically appearing in his member's area and hosted galleries sent by the magical Internet Fairy?

Love to his 2257 docs.

Amazing how content companies get searched for 2257/release forms and yet people that "accept submission" get away with out using them at all.

He's using CCBill EU, so I doubt 2257 applies to him.

You know nothing. If I was on my home computer, I'd post 15 pages worth of images with OTHER SITES WATERMARKS STILL INTACT all over the content, and the news lauding them as great new updates.

Running a business requires a little more attention to detail than that. And he knows, he's be called on it several times. He's a crook, plain and simple, and you're an immense idiot if you think just because someone doesn't check to see if something is stolen or not that it's ok to use it.

everyone knows he didn't intentionally steal your pictures...so I wouldn't cry that it was stolen. That girls / set of photos are plastered all over the internet.

I know what you mean. I just got a site owner to remove my content just the other day by contacting his billing and hosting company and I have had about 3-4 websites completely shut down in the past. These were full running paysites too.

Getting ready to send out a DMCA today to http://www.hersecretpics.com/. I tried contacting the guy and he will not respond back. Check that site out guys and make sure that YOUR content is not on it and if it is, take action. Hopefully the day will come when CCBill (among other companies) will pull the plug on these types of sites.

If you don't have the fucking knowledge regarding how to shoot your own content, leave other peoples content alone and purchase content from a content provider. That's the way I see it.

Again, check http://www.hersecretpics.com/ and make sure that your content is not on there. Check their promo galleries too.

It takes the same amount of effort to do things the right way and not with stolen content.

I love how CCBill will bill for this site when Raven Riley is ON THE SHITTY ASS TOUR. Tom, Jayman, and Raven have made them way too much money over the years for that shit.
