List ways to help improve and prevent bad posture!

I sit in front of a computer for 50+ hours per week working, I'm only 28 but I'm concerned that by the time I'm in my late thirties / early forties I may have a slight hunch back. I see people all the time with horrible posture and I think its one of the worst problems a human being could have, I find it very gross and unattractive.

What I do to prevent this....

1. I am very aware of bad posture and as uncomfortable as it might be sometimes I am always correcting my posture throughout my workday.

2. I workout each muscle once per work at the gym including my back and legs which make my posture better.

3. I try to stay healthy and not get overweight, heavy stomach will lead to bad posture.

Things I should be doing...

1. Get a better chair

2. Possibly wear some kind of brace on my back to keep my back straight all on its own because I'd say even being aware of bad posture I still only correct myself maybe 20% of the time.

3. When I'm down, bored or been working too long I should stop working because this is when my posture gets really bad at the computer.

So anybody else concern about this? What do you do to improve / prevent bad posture?
