Did Web Cams.com fix their white label bugs yet?
I like the new increased pay outs for web cams.com but I'm worried to go back and re hook everything up again in fear that they have not yet worked out the bugs.
Is anybody using their white label? A few months back, a user would sign up under "our" white label, and then "their" label would appear in the member's area, making the consumer feel like they were tricked into joining some other web cam site... Also, their stats counter never worked right. BUT, they seem to be paying more now than Video Secrets, so we are thinking about making a change. We are not nuts about Video Secrets because it takes them about, oh, let's see, 14 DAYS TO RETURN AN EMAIL!!!!!! seems if you are a small timer, like us, an email regarding MISSING PAYMENTS is simply ignored. YES, sad, but true. There is nothing worse then trying to get a hold of a company that you make sales for and they simply straight out IGNORE YOU. Fucking frustrating. |

I see what you mean about when signing up in your white label, it goes to Webcams.com for CC info. No, that's not fixed. And yes, I agree that this is probably hurting conversions. Possibly using the default WL skin will help reduce the 'shock' of seeing a different site colors. Although I do have a decent handful of white label customers who don't seem to mind and rebill often. Although the overall conversion ratio is low, but it also diluted due to existing members being counted in the uniques.
Not sure about the stat counter. Seems to be working fine for me. Each of my WL's has a custom campaign, and my campaign uniques are always higher than what google analytics says. So that seems to be working right. I'm pretty sure Webcams.com always paid more for than VS, plus I usually have 1 or 2 contacts for Webcams.com online in icq pretty much whenever.
