I've been dealing with Pr0 for years and have never had an issue with him. He's a stand up guy, and if you are having an issue I'm sure he's going to get it fixed up. Sometimes issues come up that you aren't expecting with workers and time. If Pr0 is taking stabs at you I'm sure you might be asking for it. He's a no bullshit guy generally so something is up here.

I just think that it's bullshit that someone got called out and then had someone else banned because his given name is posted. Your given name is NOT private information ever...no matter how much you want to keep yourself anonymous.

Most of the time peoples names come out, in non-attacking threads.. An Admin make the adjustment, nobody cares... just like articles on our industry news sites, mistakes happen.

The name many of us call each other at shows, MANY people really, including myself... is not what our real legal names are. Some far more extreme than others. This is for sure semi-private information, private still being the keyword.

As well... some people have published rights on the full legal name being used in reference to the themselves, even more so if done in a negative way and without permission. This is why Celebs have the power they do with a shared name, it's very easy to do...

Point being... peoples names are much more private than you think.

That's an attack, without proof being posted to go with it or followed up with it.

If by protection you mean how our legal system currently works in the U.S. and Canada and many Countries... then yes, anyone can use this - just most people don't need it. It's a registered name you publish for a set amount of time, and a couple other minor fees to pay.

Bit easier in some countries than others.. but either way, it's about as complicated as, getting out of your chair.

You're probably right about them not pursuing Minusonebit (Keith Kimmel) if it was indeed because he had nothing to pay them. Yeah Ive been involved for a long time and Im surprised I havent been drawn into the lawsuit since I own the damn thing.

Its been odd to have lawyers and the media talking about it but no one has directly asked me about any of it.

I think Shellee has a real good shield case but Im no lawyer. Shes my friend and Im a client of TMM so theres no dog in that fight.

She is in the middle of a new appeal process to be heard either this week or next... in NJ. Xbiz didnt cover the part and makes me wonder why so I can see the confusion.

I checked for you and got news that her appeal is being heard at Rutgers Law School, once a year they choose a high profile case and they chose hers.

it will be televised and on the radio.
