A lot of the CPA companies (Azoogle, PrimaryAds, NeverBlueAds) offer the Miva based toolbar installs for about $1.50 - $3.50 depending on the country of the installer.

Just a heads up, they use to be Zango but they've cleaned their act up a lot. Me, I'm a webmaster to make money so... yeah, I make nice money with this.

You can even get paid for people installing shit like 7Zip, OpenOffice, Platrium Playbar, a shit load of games, etc. This program is fucking amazing and you WILL make money!

You can even talk to your rep and have him bundle this shit up with almost anything you want a surfer to download... like for example an ebook of yours... and get paid.

Depends on your traffic, USA and UK traffic is .75 cents per install because it's tier 1 and shit. Check it out: http://www.pinballpublishernetwork.com/programs/content

I've heard of pay per download, too, where you get paid every time some idiot downloads anything you upload... why do they do that, how does it work?

I'm very interested in all of this because of how well an adult install program converted.. It converted GREAT, only problem was I only ended up with $.20 per install... and I couldn't contact anyone in a high enough place to work out a per install deal

That's too bad too, it would have been some good money

I've been trying to work with them to get me to distribute their binaries directly (on my own servers) but they keep refusing to allow this. Any insite on how I can get past this bs hurdle?

"Windows Casino" use to let you distribute the executable with your refcode coded in however you wanted... off your server, on a CD, etc... I don't know if they still exist, though

Hmmm, not really looking to push a casino though. Toolbars tied to search is something I'd prefer to do.

I couldn't get indexed if I bought a PR10 site with 99,000,000 organic REAL backlinks from PR7 and above sites ...

Azoogle has a few pay per toolbar installs that do fairly well.
