GA / Sale / Billing
Hi,
some billing companies allow to enter Google Analytics code in their admin, so it is added on secured join page / billing result page. It is at least CCBill and Zombaio (maybe also others) Do you have anybody any working solution how to put results to GA? (to show the place from where the user came from associated with the sale - by Goal or Ecommerce (better - as it can also show the price))? I tryed to make it works last days but with no success.... Thanks |

It looks like without steps in GA settings it can be with any processor with no effect

i've been working around the house laying some tile and i usually think about obscure things while doing such things
it just dawned on me what the problem is the code you enter in your ccbill admin for their https join page also needs to be on all your other pages because for me the referring url was always the same one (jpost cgi blah blah blah url ) so try this, place that code on your other pages as well, then it will start tracking that user as soon as he hits your site as it is now, the first time that code sees a user is when it comes from the join page pretty simple when you think about it i have no idea why i just now thought of the solution (if in fact this solves it) i'm busy and cant test it till later |
