as far as bandwidth requirements, I just want some reliable bandwidth to handle 10-15 minute videos that will be featured on some plugs i'm going to purchase.
so it's primarily to take care of the video file load. 100-200k views, up to 50 mb video files or so.

Thanks for the info. I am interested purely in hosting flv files. The ffmpeg option might be good for me, with the added advantage of being able to encode videos on the server as I currently do that locally and then upload them.
