Once in awhile. It usually happens if you have kept the page open in a tab for quite some time and then don't reload before deciding to reply or write post. Is some kind of built in feature of vb forums. Easy fix for you is to always refresh the page before posting. If in doubt, do a simple ctrl+c - refresh - ctrl+v and then submit. Saves a lot of agony over lost posts and all the energy which went into typing "all that".
