Does Anyone Here Use SugarCRM?

http://www.sugarcrm.com/crm/

Thinking of giving it a whirl for contact management and follow up. Just wondering if anyone here is using it effectively?

Funny you ask as we are deploying it at Global-Acces. It is a bit challenging at first, but today is the first day. It does have a lot of features that should make our work much easier and streamlined...

i have used it before, nice because it is web enabled and doesn't have to be supported locally - salesforce too... my favorite of all time is goldmine...

sugar is easy to customize and you can use the opensource before you purchase i believe

Sugar isn't too bad if you can actually get the shit to install properly. I had to run through hoops and finally got it running. I used it for a couple months until my friend turned me on to Kayako. It's not open source like Sugar, but it's far more superior in everything in regards to CRM.

Installed it and used it. Great piece of software. You should be able to just use the community edition, unless you plan on going apeshit with customizing.
