Anyone use Handbrake to encode h.264?
If you could spare a moment I would appreciate it. Just have a few questions.
I'm running 64x Windows 7 and was curious as to how to set it for optimal encoding (quickly) and how to change the bit rate. I'm not using the command line but am using the software as it opens up with default settings. Trying to figure out how to change those to up the bitrate. Thank you.
