Recommend some shared hosts.
I need shared hosting with monthly payment option, however we are already use the following companies for (Servers/VPS/shared).

  • Cirtex
  • Hosthead
  • Seohosting
  • Nakedhosting
  • Exmasters
  • Leaseweb

In the past I have used Webair and had good luck with them.

There is also http://www.amerinoc.com/virtual.html that I have heard good things about.

www.gotwebhost.com has some great seo style packages as well.

I have been very impressed with Dreamhost, as far as shared hosting account providers go.

Their shared hosting accounts include many of the features you would expect from a VPS hosting account, such as shell access and the ability to add *nix users/groups.
