Im sure there is a ton, but guess what all of them say: we are #1! Im looking for something that can do geo also, is googleadsense the best option? What do you web professionals use?

If you have blogs, BlogAds is on a number of large sites.

Bing has the same type of ads, but no where near the volume of traffic google sends.

if you look for cpm stuff, there are some big networks
