I think debit cards have like a $300 limit per withdrawal set by the bank

In Vegas they will make arrangements for you to sell your wife and kids if you need money. I think you should be able to find a way to get over the $1000 limit. Maybe just use it as a charge card and credit as much as you want onto your rate card.
