I bet he would turn this useless empty eye sore into a thriving place.

He's only homeless because of no opportunities and has more brains than all
the rich property owners in the town.

People say homeless people don't want to work, but notice he first got into the
place by working to clean it up. and first chance he got he re-opened it and
created a job for himself.

What he did was illegal, but I'm tired of empty property piling up because rich people
who own it have 50 other properties and couldn't care less about it.

In this shit economy, instead of letting everything rot it would sure be cool to let
some "under funded" people give these places a shot by canceling rent in lieu of
a profit percentage that can be changed to rent if the place gets up and running
again.

The reason that business went out of business is probably the high fees that all bars have to pay, the taxes on every drink and the cost of hiring people, with unemployment insurance, workman's compensation. The cost of a liquor license which can be thousands of dollars. All this gets paid to the government, this is where the state and federal government get their money for entitlements to pay for programs for the poor. So blaming the rich is hardly a solid reason, blame the government for making it hard to run a business in California to pay for all the entitlements that goes to the poor, that's why business is moving out of California. Thats why businessmen in california get LLC's in Nevada

Carbon is not the problem, it makes up 0.041% of our atmosphere , 95% of that is from Volcanos and decomposing plants and stuff. So people in the US are responsible for 13% of the carbon in the atmosphere which 95% is not from Humans, like cars and trucks and stuff and they want to spend trillions to fix it while Solar Panel plants are powered by coal plants
think about that

Imagine that, a Fox News watching moron has a problem with taxes because someone less fortunate might benefit.

Welcome to America. It takes all types to have a successful economy, including those that you so obviously look down on. Blame the poor people because you can't run a business successfully even though many around you are able to do so. It's not you at all!
