Todays scammer - Program owners check your outgoing epasses

This guy is getting tech now. I've been banning him from our programs for a couple months.
He sets up tons of epass accounts, has mountains of stolen CC numbers and will blast your program with sales, get paid on epass, then move on.
Today just on TrannyPay i found 7 accounts for him, messaged another program owner and he apparently is doing it to them as well. All i know is that he is in vietnam and will contact you franticly on various icq's when he finds he will not be paid, then he threatens to DOS attack..
Anyway, here's some of his newest epass id's

These guys are relentless. I kill several accounts a week they create.

Does anyone know if these epass accounts are stolen or are they just generating them in high volume? If we could get epass involved slowing these guys down might be easier. Epass will only tell me if the account is in good standing or not.

Why not just let trusted affiliates get paid by epass, and withhold new affiliates checks for X days to verify? I wouldn't have a problem with those measures, as a real affiliate.

I've turned off Epass on our join page for a while now so if a wm wants Epass, they have to send us a support ticket and we hand verify. Epass is crawling with fraud acct holders.

Thats all well and good but they are still generating charge backs. These guys need to be caught quick regardless.

Cut off $$ = eliminate the problem... If payments are held for x, then scammer won't be able to make any $$ with this scheme and so they will stop...

That's our new motto. I hold all epass payments now, and contact the affiliate to discuss.

I always wondered why more programs don't require photo ID or something like that from affiliates in order to get paid.

If they're legit affiliates I don't see why they would have a problem having a scan of their ID to send in when they sign up for a new program.

Yes, all totally different info, logs in with different individual proxies. Now he only sets up the affiliate accounts as a US or Canadian webmaster so it's less suspect. He used to just go for it and use Vietnam as the country, all yahoo addresses, now he's got lots of tricks. Trial joins convert, rebill...

Yeah, 100% of the fraud we catch are epass holders. We hold them for 3 weeks now and do a massive fraud scrub before sending anything. All the big affiliates get paid via wire or check anyway, so no love lost.

We are just as interested in shutting these accounts down as well.
When you run into fraudulent accounts please email me your business account UserID and the ePassporte IDs of the fraudulent accounts.
I have asked Account Verification to block these accounts.

In a perfect world that would work. These guys don't seem deterred by cancelled accounts. They just keep slinging new accounts hoping a few sneak through and get paid.

Quickbuck implemented that and when they announced it people on here were giving them shit for it, saying it was an invasion of privacy etc etc.

Personally I feel if you want to be paid via epass then some sort of proof of ID should be tendered. And as you said the legitimate webmasters in it for the long haul shouldnt have a problem doing that.

good idea, and all programs should send their affiliates copies of their and all their employees id's. After all if they are a legit sponsor i don't see why they would have a problem

In theory you have a good point however reality is different. The adult online biz is comprised heavily of cheaters and scammers on both sides of the coin (sponsors and affiliates), and both are heavily reliant on anonymity, for many reasons and it is that reason why so many fraud problems exist.

You are plainly wrong.

The notion that steps along the path you suggest manage to hinder the scammers but do not hinder the honest people is flat out against both experience and reason.

Take a better funded, if not better managed venture that attempts the same : The Homeland Security. Their slashing of exercise weights and bagging of shaving cream have managed to piss off just about every other air traveller, to the point Lufthansa now makes huge bank by routing flights through Panama than the US, while the US airlines are pretty much choked for the 2nd time this decade. Apparently, nobody wants to fly through the US anymore.

In fact, they're so bad at the job even their employer - the US Govt, backed down and cut their funding by about a third last year.

Think about it in plain terms that you may be in a better position to understand : If somebody breaks into your house and steals your shit, the idea to ask everyone visting you for their ID will result in a bunch of people not bothering to visit your paranoid ass anymore. It will however not hinder house thieves.

Same shit applies.

Well said !!. It's like in the mainstream "real" world. If you work for someone they have your Real info, ss# address etc.... there is no way to scam your employer just like you as the employee know who you work for, and their tax id etc.... This should be the same in online adult with the sponsors and affiliates.

OK so sponsors and affiliates should continue being anonymous and cheating each other and doing business without knowing their real identities?? LOL you go girl..

Yeah, because the business is so overrun with anonymous scammers that it's bringing the whole industry to it's knees... She's right on this. STFU before you embarrass yourself more

This is also why, even with the dollar on it's last legs, more Europeans are not vacationing in the US...

'trial joins convert' - so what was he doing before, trial/cancel and take money before you ban him for no conversions ?

Yea, these fuckers are relentless, we have 12 IDs currently putting in carded orders, and although we havent accepted a single order, they still keep putting them in. I find it better to keep their accounts open, else they just rejoin with another ID. Its more of a time waster than anything else.

The issue is some program owners are actually paying these guys thats why they doing it.

Today I was curious and logged into one guys customers gmail account (cause it was the same password as his affiliate account) and when i logged in there their was several receipts for products, everything ranging from porn memberships, pill orders and software purchases.

Epassporte must have their legitimate details since they sending them the atm cards, why not give their details to the Vietnamese authority's?

Hey jason, hit me up. Know these clowns and have the remaining epass id's for them. I do wish epass would just close these guys down.

Can you forward the IDs to me along with your UserID?
Before we can close the accounts down we need the UserIDs and the UserID of the business account complaining about them.
The accounts listed in this thread have all been blocked.

Thanks
Michael
