This epass issue isn't the first thing Visa fucked up for everyone.
They recently changed their policies and have disallowed $0 test charges and that fucking pissed me the fuck off because it made using my epass fucking useless for renting dvd from redbox and it fucked me up from updating my domain renewal billing when my card expired and I got a new one.. Fucking cunts |

I used to speak to a VISA rep every morning when I picked up the mail, they are located near our office and get their mail droped at the same post office.
Wish I could of spoken to him today!
