just played my best games of basketball ever...anyone else play regular?
i dominated tonight...rebounds...driving to the net...i split between two guys a few times tonight....pic and rolls...it was all working..lol
anyone here play regular? i remember there was supposed to be a game at one of the phoenix forums |

I played on a weekly basis until recently. Came down on one of my friends feet when i was taking a jump shot. put me out of commission for the last couple of months. should be able to get back out there soon. gonna try a game in the next week or 2.
My high school team was one of the top teams in NYC when I went there. Went to state championships. I am pretty decent. Not was it used to be though... |

Was playing about 10 hours a week competitively until 2 months ago. Developed some major back pain in the middle of a game and could hardly walk the next day. Turns out my bottom 2 disks in my back are bulging from degeneration. I haven't played in 2 months and am trying everything to get the pain down and be able to get back on the court.

All Your Design Needs

My son and I play several times a week here at the house and at the fitness center we joined. He's getting really good. He practices for 30 minutes just dribbling each night prior to going to bed. Basketball is great when you bury that one long shot. Gives you that awesome feeling in your stomach when you rock it.
Sorry to hear about your back lazycash. I hope you get better soon so you can play again. My dad has a bad back and I know it can be painful.
