I've been trying to reach them easily about my account no luck at all. What is the best way to contact them easily, When I try to call them it keeps saying "We are on high volume of calls" I send 5 emails to their email support unluckily no response at all. Is there anyone knows how to contact them easily like Michale O in ePassporte.

I receive a card from payoneer I know that I sign up only 1 which is Pussycash.Com and when I try to balance it on my card it seems no balance at all, I thought my funds was sent out to that payment method.

not the first thread I have read about payoneer support. And why I setup my xcash account today. hope others will give them a try. And hope their support is sufficient.

It is easy to get an account but the problem is what sponsor that paying xcash.

Before funds appears on card you need to accept the "load"
If you didnt access to your payoneer account maybe these funds were returned to PussyCash.
Contact them directly to know that, because Payoneer is overloaded and will not reply you fast!

Don't sign up to Payoneer via PussyCash. I don't know what happened, but when I signed up I got no username or password. But I did get a confirmation. When emailing Payoneer support, they replied (a week later) that my account doesn't exist.
