The news from SKNANB was that if you had under $10k it would work. Anything above that they needed docs.

I have around $8000, doesn't work anyway. I've had much more over the years maybe that explains it...

Did you have a "normal" decline message or the invalid card message that people were getting pre-reactivation?

Did you try more than one bank or try to use online?

Mine was not working in germany either ($3000).
I think it could be because I contacted the bank and requested a wire. They said I would need to send them information. Maybe they have flagged my account.

my guess is they have this limit of current balance under 10k means no verification, but if you have ever had over _some amount_ (15k 20k ??k dunno)you will still be required to verify it even if you just have a small amount now.

One card with around 1.5k worked and other with over 10k didn't. I e-mailed them regarding the 10k+ card, anyone know how long does it take to get a reply from them?

2 of my cards worked and my third didn't, the one that didn't work has $4200 on it. The others just a thousand or so.

Hope they get this one working.

hmm so I have no idea
I have different countries of document and adress at epass and expected that this can do problem, but when virtual visa was accepted I thought that document is enough. so it look like that there are other problems too

btw. why so many times ? I sent it only once and it was enough (if I remember well this request was on winter on spring this year)

"The majority of cardholders can now access the funds on their Visa Card using their existing virtual card and/or physical card(s), without providing SKNANB further information. A small percentage of cardholders will be required to provide certain confirming due diligence information. If you have attempted to use your card without success, it likely means that your account has been identified as one requiring additional due diligence iformation. Please email us at [email protected], including the first and last name on the card and the last four digits of either the virtual or physical card and we will verify as soon as is possible as to whether or not you will need to provide additional due diligence information. Please be patient, as we are receiving many emails regarding this matter; we are attempting to respond to all emails within 24 hours."

The issue is with what they call "..a small percentage.." seems it is almost everybody with more than a few hundred bucks.

Same here, more than 10K, can't get any money out. Seems like someone confused two words majority and minority
They don't answer the dedicated phone line nor they answered my email sent over 2 days ago...

Could well be.

Everyone I knew never kept a lot of money in there because of the security. As soon as funds were deposited they were withdrawn again.

I'd say that was the main thing I picked up about ePass - don't keep money in it.
