your people are horny, want to join by this page, they want it fast, the join form should be AT LEAST partially appearing within a 1024x768 screen. or else it makes it look like:

it's just images you forgot to put a links on the join page on. I can guarantee you a huge majority of surfers hit that page and turn back thinking there is no link to join it.

I would stack that stuff on the left, then bring up the join form entirely beside it, so the join form moves up top. then underneath have a "need more reasons to join"? the list that stuff there. you know they want to join thats why they are on the page.

pointless of stacking that stuff there, u put it when you think you are losing people ie closer to bottom.

and at the bottom a text link along the lines of "What are you waiting for? You obviously only wanted to hottest girls" along those lines then the link goes to the top of the page.

it looks "nice" but whoever did it has no idea what they are doing. alot of designers just "do it". and dont think of the what why or when. It probably still works but when you are competing every few percentage points you pick up along the way is everything.
