David Stodghill Pleads Guilty to Child Molestation Charges

David Stodghill has pled guilty in two child molestation cases in Pennsylvania.

According to court records, in the 1995 case Stodghill pled guilty to Indecent Assault With A Person Less Than 16 Years Old, a misdemeanor, but a felony charge of Aggravated Indecent Assault was dismissed. In the more recent, 2009 case, Stodghill pled guilty to Aggravated Indecent Assault with a Complainant Less Than 13 Years Old, while a misdemeanor Indecent Assault charge was dismissed.

A statement given to police by a woman Stodghill married after he fled to Los Angeles last year may have been the tipping point.

According to Penn Live, Stodghill had "told his new wife about the incidents, including showing her an illicit photo of the most recent victim and pornographic videos of other children, according to court documents. Stodghill had not divorced his first wife when he remarried, so prosecutors could use statements from his second wife against him..."

Penn Live, which broke today's news, adds that Stodghill is scheduled to be sentenced on February 8th, and could get four to eight years in state prison.

There is a time during the intake process, before you do get classified and separated. And that time is ass whooping time!

Every time he goes to court, they will move him from prison to county jail to court. Then from court to county jail, then back to prison.


Every time you go though county jail, you need to be processed in and processed out. This is the time the everyone one is all together and un-classified. Including the 3 strikers and murderers.


One thing every murderer, 3 striker, robber, gangster, drug dealer etc, have in common; they all have been fucked with as kids or they have kids or they have nieces and nephews that they love dearly.



If you hurt kids, that is as good as a death sentence. I have seen prison justice 1st hand. Child molesters and rapists get beatings and there food taken away day in, day out. And the guards allow it.

he called CPS on me while I was in the midst of a custody fight for my kids. I spent more on that then you probably make in a year and him doing that cost me even more time, money and bullshit...plus it outed me to CPS and my kids' teachers at school. You must not know the backstory here. This man has certainly not "paid" for his crimes , nor is he "paying" for them now. This is only the tip of the iceberg of crimes he has done.

6-8 years would not be in any way a punishment, especially considering he would prob be out in 2.
