That's absolute bullshit.. ACA worked very good in every state which funded it as it was supposed to be funded. The only places it didnt work well was states which were Republican controlled with exception of Alaska..yes Alaska loved ACA..

The only reason that insurance company is bailing is because Trump just killed the funding on ACA.

Trump nor Republicans has done anything at all the "fix" insurance rates or access to healthcare. Once again they lied. They failed to fix & replace Obmamacare, they simply beat on it long enough to sabotage a program that wasn't perfect but was working. Now millions of Americans will lose their insurance and have no access to healthcare..
