Is voyeur porn (spy cams) legal?

You can find tons of bathroom/upskirt spy videos on almost any big tube sites. There are niche sites just dedicated to this specific theme like TVF.

9 states have specific laws regarding voyeurism. People has been jailed for this. Words like "sleep", "rape", "sister" are listed as prohibited keywords during visa/mastercard compliance site check but why not "hidden" and "spy"?

How the fuck does sites like hidden zone produce 2257 when asked?

It's fake. There are sites with live "hidden" cams around. Here's how they work. The person who lives at home is paid a monthly fee to run the feed. One of the conditions is that she sleep in the nude, or shower on cam, etc, and that she never look-up or otherwise acknowledge that the cam is there. End users think they are really getting secret cams, but the agreement between the site and the model show that its fake, and makes it legal.

About 15 years ago I stagged a scene where I filmed a couple having sex from my car on maxium zoom through their bedroom window. I can't believe the fucking response to that scene and I also can't believe that I sold the footage to Gentleman's Video thinking that it was shit.

Absolutely one of the dumbest fuck ups I've ever made. Plus you would think I would go back and produce another similar video but it hadn't occurred to me to do that until for some weird reason I read your post.

Boy I'm an idiot.

I guess sites like hidden-zone can fake these, but most spy is not. Take one look at "The Voyeur forum", it's all user submitted content who have their own setup.

I guess no one went after the hidden cams stuff is because most people think it is staged.

There was a site back in the late 1990's early 2000's called Kelly's House that I promoted that was like this. The site was made to look like a deal was struck and half a dozen hot college girls got to live in the house for free so long as they never turn any of the 20+ cameras that are on them 24/7 off. So the girls sleep naked (or in skimpy clothes) shower, swim nude, cook in their underwear etc. It was a voyeur's dream and sold like crazy.

If Bang Bus can get away with kidnapping girls and coercing them to fuck, I don;t see why hidden cams should be any problem.

I can show you at least one dude who posts public dick flashing videos on Xhamster and is currently wanted/investigated by the local police. That is not voyeur stuff , just want to say there is a lot of illegal videos on tubes so yes, some of them are real.

Any voyeur stuff that is real (not staged) is illegal with at least two articles of criminal law here and one article of civil code ..

In normal circumstances you can't film persons without their consent, even if they are in public and fully clothed. Another case is secretly filming persons in private and then publishing it, even worse making money off it.

Where is 'here'? I don't think there are many countries in Europe where filming people in public is illegal. Perhaps only Germany.

Slovakia. It's called Protection of personality and must be like this if not stricter anywhere in EU. This is the civil code, not the criminal code.

Filming, capturing voice or taking pics of persons in public or using such creations is ok as long as they are aware of that and therefore can say NO to that. If they say no, you have no consent. If they don't say no, it is considered as their implied acceptance / consent.

Consent is not needed if the material is intended for press, TV or broadcast news or official (government puproses) , scientific or artistic purposes. ..as long as it is not in conflict with lawful interest of the persons.

Glad we have these laws.

Well the UK certainly doesn't have that law.

Seems like it's more of a communist relic rather than some noble EU 'citizen's right to privacy' thing. I wonder how countries like Slovakia are going to deal with things like augmented reality glasses?

I would say that the vast majority of those sites are fake. However, I have seen some that look real ....definitely. And the majority of the sites that do look real are usually Japanese sites.

I am not entirely sure how they get around it, unless the site is based somewhere in the world where it's not considered illegal.

Yeah, protecting human rights is sure a communist relic Take a look at Spain and Switzerland. Lol

I am once again so glad I don't live in UK with their censorship, anti-porn and feminazi agenda and other "cool" stuff - including driving on the wrong side and fugly girls.

Don't know what are augmented reality glasses and I don't care.
