Moral of the story:
1. Members area traffic is very sought after.
2. There must be real and active members for there to be clicks.

I have both, but it costs more than $100/month and has much more value.

Two people asked for a refund, one of them yesterday. The other one asked for a refund because he wasn't happy about the result. Who had banners not live will be refunded the next week. The other one will be refunded as well as a courtesy.

We are here making drama about $100 bucks.

If I'd have to list all people owning me money and being paid and not delivery anything in the last 10 years probably a thread with 50 pages isn't enough.

When we described the service we clearly said that the price was low because it was a test and we have never advertised anything in the members area.

Btw lesson learned, never ever do biz with 3rd parties again. You can warn them that you have no stats, you can warn them that it's a test, you can warn them that it's the first time you place adv in the members area ... and even if you offer an ADV space for ridiculous price ($100 / month) they complain.

Having the same issue with their deal. We submitted payment and all links/banners, as well as an iframe code. I was told that everything was live, but after several days there was not a single unique hit, and not even one impression on the iframe.

Both my Skype and email contacts have been silent for a couple weeks now with no responses to multiple bumped messages on both. I'd like to ask for a refund, but they're not responding.

ok. So a total of 1 not happy customer + 2 customers with problems with iframes.

Three people over 15+1 so far. Next time when you guys see the words "test" + "no stats" + "first time we try that" + an offer with a ridiculous price please pay attention to the risk involved.

Three refunds to issue the next week so we can put the word "end" to this huge issue of $300 total.

PPS: Next time do a "test" with a handful of companies you personally reach out to. Start a thread like this in 2017 and you got what was expected.

The thing is that in over 12 years in this business I have NEVER called out anybody in public even when a VERY popular hosting company decided to put in 403 a website for over 12 hours causing a loss of a few grands $ or when a VERY popular biller deleted something like 100 paying members overnight just because the were so lazy to not use our secondary email when the first didn't work.

We clearly said we were running a test, the price is ridiculously low, lets see how it goes. If I fly economy I don't expect to drink champagne in crystal glasses.

We work in the civilized part of the world where offices are closed during the weekend.
We got asked for a refund of $100 yesterday night and for another refund of $100 today.

I'm sure the adult industry will survive over the weekend without $200 (two hundreds) flowing in cash.

I'm not sure where you got the "7 days".

Btw I'm waiting for a refund from a copywriter since 2008, it makes 9 years. And it wasn't a test drive.

I understand about the parameters of your offer, and the fact you are still replying is a good sign. However, again you seem annoyed and are making jokes about people who want refunds and when they want them (now). This does not make you come across as reputable (or even nice).

How about: hey sorry it didn't work out for you we will send all refunds this Monday. Then do it. Stow the attitude in other words.

Probably you are right. I used to work with other companies when putting thousands $$$ on the table wasn't a problem. You can't imagine - and I won't name anybody but they are not people who bought from us - how many wannabe big players when it came to put $100 (one hundred) on the table had to run meetings with crew, asking the boss, running due diligence etc etc ... .

In 2010 we noticed that a program we used to cross sell counted just a small % of sales. We are talking about $20k. Everything was fixed in about a couple of months between the parties and nothing has been called on boards.

Here for $100 it seems to be the end of the adult business.

I hear ya man. The Adult Biz has shrunk but deals you mentioned still get done and they do stay off the boards. As I said, in the future when doing a test it's best not to open it up to the affiliate community until you know the results. Save yourself the hassles. LOL

We will survive without him refunding our $300 no worries.

Few facts though, no clicks ever came in which is of course odd even if it would be a bad ad. I bought three slots so at least something should be coming in. Refund requested after 1 week as it just didn't feel good. Still nothing 4 weeks later.

Just saying be careful guys. I was greedy and jumped on it so my fault in this case. I understand about the testing etc sure

Hello, back from holiday.

Since Andrew and Eric are going to be back in the mid of this week I'll contact everybody today to check the number of the invoice and issue refunds.

It's about 4 people our of 15, everybody with iframes. From what I know from developer we fixed the issue with iframe but I prefer refund everything because selling adv seems to be too much open to complains.
