Minneapolis attorney booted from law firm after he's exposed as the owner of neo-Nazi record label

A Minneapolis patent law firm has dismissed an attorney after the his partners were alerted to his ownership of a record label that releases music by neo-Nazi and white supremacist artists.

According to the City Paper, attorney Aaron Davis, a partner at Patterson Thuente had been placed on ?administrative leave.? but now his biography has been scrubbed from the firm?s website due to his involvement with Behold Barbarity records.

Davis was outed over his connection to the label by the City Paper last week, with reporter Susan Du noting the subject matter and song names the label promotes.

?Take Deathkey, whose 2010 album is called Behead the Semite. Then there?s Aryanwulf, whose songs include ?Kill the Jews? and ?At the Dawn of a New Aryan Empire,? Du wrote. ?There?s also the Raunchous Brothers, whose rhyming poetics include such passages as, ?You?re of no use to me, you disgraceful f*cking dyke, so I?ll shove you in the oven like the glorious Third Reich.?

In response the law firm issued a statement within hours, saying ??In light of allegations in a local article regarding one of our partners, Aaron Davis, Patterson Thuente Pedersen, P.A. has placed Mr. Davis on indefinite administrative leave effective immediately. As a firm, we are in no way affiliated with any of Mr. Davis? outside pursuits.?

It is not the concern of any business what their employees are doing outside of their working hours.

You yourself have said that you sued a former employer for firing you because you were gay.

Illegally firing a person due to sexual orientation is different than a partner in a lawfirm being fired for owning a record label whoes 2010 album is called "Behead the Semite"

Partners of lawfirms have code of conduct clauses and have to agree to code of ethics & standards of professional conduct because your name is on everything the firm does, in the building, every case filing etc.
