I mostly quoted the professor who works at the Rotterdam University in that Dutch article....

And some info what i hear from a pensioned German woman who lives in Germany and sees how it goes with her friends.
And that video i mentioned, i am Dutch, i know the German stations and understand German.
The professor called this a "Melker Moment". Melkert was a Dutch politician who looked like he would be minister.
Till he reacted so stupid on TV that he lost all his credits. The professor points to this moment where Merkel does the same.
You can also compare it with the "deplorables speech" from Hillary. Merkel reacted like, "that are the rules, shut up".

And the article writes how people in Germany are brainwashed by the media and the politicians reacting on that to be popular.
And he mention that german workers want more spare time, not more money.
I know that the people working for German factories must be very very happy with 12 days holiday per year.
So maybe transfer more production there...

Still hoping for +15%, then the fight continues. Merkel will come out as winner but she won't fix the important issues discussed here. Also sad to see elders with minimum pension, Germany unload tax money on refugees instead, disgusting.

I like it when other parties must take a new course. You see that in Holland, the VVD also a lot to the 'right' cause of Geert Wilders and FvD. You can see that in the new immigration laws. But the VVD (biggest in Holland) Always say they want less Europe, but in the end Always agree with Europe. There will be a new party next election that will be a better alternative, they will not only say less Europe, but will also do what they say.

I am not in favour of extremist parties, but when they win, the other parties will act trying not to loose seats (again) in next elections. That is good. There must be more eurosceptic parties with a program of solutions/alternatives, not like Geert Wilders that can't get anything done only being loud.

If AfD was the only opposition they would get more power. Martin Schultz (SPD) announced during the day he will leave the coalition with CDU to be part of opposition instead. It's all tactic to de-value AfD's power when Bundestag start again.

These are the countries that will hold the majority of the votes in the EU parliament when the UK leaves. Will Germany pay more to the EU to make up for the UK doesn't pay. How will they manage without the UK market?

You have a situation where 10+% are voting for the ADF, twice as much as the last election, if mainsteam parties continue to ignore them and continue as they are, they will get more votes next time.

Or they will just go the euro parliament route, same as Farage. For a party with no mp's in the UK, they made a shit load of noise.

franz schönhuber and his right wing party "die republikaner" did also a short dance on the floor. they even made it shortly to the european parliament.
