Does Mailchimp and/or Constant Contact allow adult mailings for double-opt in emails? If not, what other service does?

Seriously? Where do you guys get this nonsense from about mainstream providers cutting you off?
I used Mandrill before they merged with Mailchimp and was given an opportunity to move over. Only reason I didn't was cost. Now I use https://www.sparkpost.com/ and they have no issues with adult so long as you stay compliant. Likewise, Amazon SES will also work for you (so long as you stay compliant). You can use https://sendy.co/ to send with SES.
