Apparently Brandon Ackerman stole from you. If this is true and you have proof, why not go after him legally for theft and defamation of business.?? This thread indicates he defamed your business by causing trust issues with clients. He seems to have posted that he has money to spend. Isn’t it wise to go after him to help restore your reputation? People say you’re blaming him for your faults. Yes, it will cost money but isn’t your word and reputation worth the price?

I’m sure you could find other clients who’ve been ripped off by him. Proof might not be hard to get. You don’t want to languish in the future; you want to keep building your client list.

I did some digging at my end through old records... alas I don't have everything... the bottom line Keith O Conner paid me a 50% deposit ($6000) and owed me $6000 which was suppose to be paid on delivery... it took me over 2 years before I got any more money, chasing a whole bunch of first excuses, and then insults/lies...

Yes I finally agreed to accept $2500 of that $6000, as I was told that if I didn't except it, then no money would be paid at all... By my old records, and seems par for the course with these idiots... they even messed me around and kept me waiting for that payment...

But Hey Ho... as I said I don't expect the money... it's long gone... does it leave a sour taste, hell yes... am I wrong for still caring about being ripped off over 6 years ago... again got to say, hell yes ! Just cause they pop up again saying they are different people doesn't mean I can just forget about it, especially with the way it's been dealt with... trying to make me out as the liar and bad guy in all of this...
