“We want to avoid pointing out ethnic groups as criminal,” said Mr Gyllander.

“As police are not racist, nor shall be constructed as so, this directive now applied.”

The letter, dated September 15, 2015 was written just a few weeks after a youth festival in central Stockholm at which there were a number of alleged sex attacks.

and you can see that world wide, if there's immigrants from the middle east and Russians.. there's issues, but countries that take very few Russians.. have very few problems.

The cops know this because they actually get the correct person after getting descriptions that are way off.

Why would it be strange timing? You need to looks at every incident with a fresh pair of eyes. Swedish news have reported of similar incidents on a regular basis for the last 4 years.

It has already been disclosed it had nothing to do with any right wing movement. One of the young men was apprehended in Turkey and all involved even though so young already have a criminal record history with the police.

They're living in a problem area in Sweden and originally from middle east and their families were welcomed by the country of Sweden to start a new life.
