Let me add some further clarification: we're mostly looking for video + matching photo content, though depending on the video quality photos may not be necessary in all cases.

We'd need a license for one paysite, and possibly for VOD / DVD distribution, the latter depending on the actual piece of content in question.

Hopefully I'm not breaking any rules by resurrecting this thread, but the time has come that we're looking to buy more content with the following attributes:
